Hi, I’m Çağlasu, a senior product designer with 10 years of experience across industries like aviation, fintech, telecom, and virtualization.

I’ve worked as an art director and UX designer, experiences that shaped how I approach product design today. I love untangling complex B2B systems — understanding how they work, how users experience them, and how to make them simpler and more meaningful.

I value honest team communication, listening to users, and deeply understanding their needs. I enjoy running workshops using design thinking methods, supporting teams through agile facilitation, and creating space for collaboration and innovation.

Currently based in London, I’m open to new collaborations and excited to work on meaningful projects with great teams. Outside of work, you’ll find me exploring local cafés, trying new recipes, visiting art galleries, playing the ukulele, or on my yoga mat.
