Sybelle is a desktop-based B2B virtualization platform developed by BTS Group for network engineers and system admins. The challenge was to design a more intuitive and visual experience in a space where interfaces are often complex and hard to navigate.

Through 12 user interviews, competitor benchmarking, and usability tests, we discovered that users cared most about errors, not “healthy” system states. This key insight reshaped our dashboard and navigation design, reducing visual noise and making critical issues immediately visible.
